FoodCap International Limited

FoodCap has been working with RPM for the last 12 months. The work undertaken by RPM has been extensive and relates to the modification and improvement of our existing moulds and the development of new moulds.

FoodCap have been told by Bayer and Clariant that we have the largest acetyl and polycarbonate moulds in the world, so the challenges related to making modifications are often complex.

RPM have provided sound technical advice and expertise, not only related to mould development, but also the plastics and moulding process. Additional services provided have included extensive computer generated analysis such as MFA and FEA, design concepts or collaboration with the industrial and engineering design companies we have also been working with.

Our day to day dealings have been with Mark Vincent and Aaron Dwight. We have found the service from RPM excellent; they do the little things well, such as promptly returning phone calls, responding to emails, and providing quotes. We have frequently made short notice requests to call in and have a round table to discuss ideas or new challenges that we have encountered, and they have always delivered.
